• Contact details you send us: name, phone number, email address and your message.
• Quotation requests: company name, commercial registration number and a copy of the commercial registration, and the insurance product you are interested in.
• Job applications: full name, ID / Iqama number, nationality, date of birth, marital status, contact details, city, education, work experience and your CV.
• Technical data needed to run the website securely, such as your IP address and essential cookies.

3. How we use your data

• To answer your enquiries and provide our brokerage services.
• To prepare quotations — including sharing the necessary details with insurance companies to obtain offers on your behalf.
• To review job applications and contact candidates.
• To meet our legal and regulatory obligations, including those of the Insurance Authority.
